Basic witchcraft workshopWith Elisa Mary Gray.
Elisa Grey is a traditional eclectic witch and Shamanic practitioner.
A priestess of Cerridwen and author of the book ‘what Maketh the Witch?’.
Elisa has been practicing and writing about the magical arts for years.
In this work shop we will be looking at the basics of practicing the ancient art of witchcraft.
Firstly, we will begin by looking at what is meant by intent and how that can be harnessed in the practice of the craft.
We will look at cleansing rituals, preparing space and self for magical working and whether or not it is important to have a witch’s altar.
We shall also look at the types of magic that folk, have practiced over time, through sympathetic magic, candle magic and the art of healing.
We shall talk about the creation of a book of shadows and why this is important to the witchcraft practitioner.
Finally, in a group practical session, we shall be making a spell bag to help us to focus our intent and learn why this process is so important to our spell casting work.
I hope that you enjoy this workshop and that it helps you to decide whether witchcraft is the right magical path for you.
