Start your WATSU® journey with this 2 day Basic WATSU® (BW) course held by Adéle Pudney (Physiotherapists and WABA WATSU® 2 Instructor) in Sun Valley, Cape Town.
This 2 day of the course (Basic WATSU®) which gives you a great introduction to this modality and can be taken as a stand alone course.
OR you can continue with the following 4 days (Transition Flow) to complete the W1 training. (Dates to be confirmed)
You will learn WATSU® body mechanics, BW moves, skills and the first section of the routine.
At the end of this course you will have learned several techniques to help yourself and your family to regulate your nervous system and find deep relaxation whilst supporting and floating another in the water.
BW will prepare you for the next step - WATSU® Transition Flow.
BW does NOT qualify you to use or advertise WATSU®.
