Basic Navigation & Boat Handling is a modernization of what was our most popular and successful navigation and seamanship course for over 2 decades (Boating 2 and 3).
Significant improvements to electronic navigation content include new practice cruises using chartplotters, tablets and smartphone-based apps.
You still get the traditional seamanship skills as listed in Table of Content below. Boat handling (seamanship) content changes will better prepare students to safely undertake key skipper and crew responsibilities.
