Basic Life Support Training in Nottinghamshire

Our Adult Basic Life Support course is delivered in line with the latest Resuscitation Council UK guidelines and accredited by the First Aid Industry Body giving you the essential skills to act quickly and effectively in an emergency.

During the session you’ll gain hands-on experience in;

• Recognising a cardiac arrest.
• Calling for help and working as part of a team.
• Performing high-quality CPR and providing rescue breaths.
• Using an Automated External Defibrillator (AED).
• Managing an unresponsive person including helping someone who is choking.

You’ll be assessed on your ability to apply these skills in practice and on successful completion, you’ll receive a certificate accredited by the First Aid Industry Body (FAIB) and recognised by the organisations like HSE, DfE and OFSTED as meeting required training standards.
