This is an On-site Lifestyle Class Basic Classic Croissant Workshop

Training Dates: November 27, 2024, Wednesday at 1 PM – 5 PM and November 28, 2024, Thursday at 9 AM – 5 PM
Join us in our 2-day croissant workshop and learn how to make the perfect, flaky buttery croissants just like they make them in France. Each student will be mixing, rolling, shaping, and baking and will be taking home their own Classic Butter Croissants, Pain au Chocolat, and Cruffins filled with Raspberry Coulis or homemade Nutella which we will also be making in class. We accept only a limited number of students to ensure individualized instruction.
