This is an amazing entry point if you are curious about Ayurveda and would like to learn resources to deepen your understanding.
Like yoga, Ayurveda’s holistic approach to caring for ourselves as individuals honors that we exist in relationship to everything else. You will learn the basic dosha types, receive resources to explore and enhance how you support your constitution, and receive a mini-manual packet that supports Devon’s lectures. We will explore major concepts in the tradition of Ayurveda including: Dinacharya (daily routine), Rtucharya (seasonal flow), dietary observations, asana and movement for the Doshas, basic Rasayanas (Ayurvedic rejuvenative elixirs), and simple Ayurveda practices for all for easy well-being.
