We are starting our yearly Mat Teacher Training Course MTTC in Lugano in September!
The MTTC includes all relevant Pilates mat exercises from beginners to master level. Anatomy, physiology, methodology as well as working with props are an integral part of the course. BASI Pilates is an international recognized Pilates education, the founder and director Rael Isacowitz is a second generation teacher. We stay true to the classical work and honor the legacy of Joseph Pilates, at the same time we include modern research and science in our approach.
