Our international recognized Mat Teacher Training Course MTTC will start on August 20th, 2021 in Oslo! We are so happy to have entered into a collaboration with Kjernekraft Oslo and excited to present our first Mat Teacher Training Course in this beautiful studio! The education includes anatomy, physiology and methodology as well as all relevant Pilates mat exercises including props from beginners to master level.
