Meet us at the ALX Community - Waterfront Location where we'll be rockin' a high energy, high intensity, & always-fun boxing-inspired workout for free! 45-minutes - bodyweight - zero equipment & zero experience necessary!
If you have a workout mat you like to use - bring it! If not, no worries - all ya really need is your own body & a smile!

Welcome to BASH - the full-body boxing-inspired group fitness EXPERIENCE - NOW OPEN!!
For 45 fast-flying minutes, boxing conditioning is BASH's #1 focus! Using free weights, med balls, resistance bands, & a joint-safe Aqua Bag, BASH Boxing builds lean muscle, improves overall endurance, and torches calories round after round. Add in our state-of-the-art surround sound system & lighting and you'll find an experience that you won't soon forget.
