Valid PA Fishing license must be present at time of weigh-In
No more than 4 paying shooters per boat
In the event of a tie for the 5 common Carp the largest Catfish determines the winner
In the event of a tie for the largest single common Carp the largest Catfish determines the winner
In the event of a tie for the largest Catfish the largest common Carp determines the winner
