Gypsy Theatre Guild Presents: Barrymore," a play by William Luce, focuses on the legendary actor John Barrymore in the final months of his life as he attempts to revive his career with a production of Richard III. The play, set in 1942, uses the rehearsal as a framework for Barrymore to reflect on his life, career, and struggles with alcoholism.
