Barrio Bread - Sourdough Bread Class

Come learn how to bake a perfect sourdough loaf with Don Guerra of Barrio Bread, just in time for Thanksgiving!

Learn the science behind the dough, how to keep your starter alive and happy, and the secrets of artisanal bread making. Each participant will receive a sourdough starter and will make a loaf of bread to take home and bake.

The class will take place on the back patio of the Tucson Village Farm 4-H Healthy Living Center located at 2201 E. Roger Rd.

Tucson Village Farm will provide light refreshments and of course you'll get to sample some Barrio Bread.
