HELLO East Texas ~~ Come out and enjoy a fun SIP & SHOP event benefiting the East Texas Alzheimer's Alliance. Live music, food trucks, kids activities, silent auction, big screen tv for sports enthusiasts, cigar truck, and great artisans + craftsmen. Free to shop; purchase a wine tasting cup or glass for wine tastings. Financial contributions and attendance at our event are essential to maintaining our programs and help us to provide caregiver resources. Since 2017, we have been able to provide institutional + in-home respite grants and launched Project Lifesaver in Gregg, Harrison, Marion, Upshur, Panola, and Rusk Counties. We offer online Dementia courses, Dementia Live experience, Best Friends training, and have a weekly Hope + Help Day Club offering caregivers an additional 4 hours of respite.
