With a red wine demi-glaze served with rosemary garlic potatoes and roasted heirloom carrots

Topped with a whiskey caramel sauce and whipped cream

The cost per guest will be $165 and includes all 4 courses and a single pour of each whiskey. Additional pours can be purchased during the dinner at an extra cost as well
