About this Event
Get dressed up and spend an intimate evening with Celestial Hill founders, Chris and Melissa Thomas, in the backdrop of their newly built barrel cave! Enjoy the organic, minimal-intervention, estate-grown wines, paired alongside a delicious three course dinner prepared by local McMinnville chef Briana Olver! Brianna thoughtfully sources her ingredients from around wine country and takes a heart-felt approach to sustainable food.
Dietary restrictions or preferences can be accommodated with advanced notice of 7 days prior to the event. Featured wines will include Celestial Hill Vineyard rosé, chardonnay and pinot noir.
