Our efficient and effective barre3 Signature workout combines strength, cardio, and mindfulness. You’ll experience a balanced workout guided by our expert instructors, providing modifications every step of the way for you to feel successful and empowered. Join us in the studio.
- What to expect: No experience required—our workout is designed for every fitness level, from beginner to expert.
- What to bring: Bring a water bottle to keep you hydrated. We’ll provide mats and any necessary props.
- When to arrive: We encourage new clients to arrive 15 minutes early to allow time to meet your instructor, get a tour of the space, and ask any questions you may have.
