Barre3 Redondo Beach 45-Minute Signature Class (FREE)

This class is a FREE 45-minute barre3 Signature Class. During class you will be guided through a warm up, leg work, strength conditioning, a cardio burst, core work, stretching, and guided breathwork. Barre3's mission is to help clients feel balanced in body and empowered from within.

WHAT TO BRING:

Please bring a yoga mat and a water bottle. A set of handheld weights is optional (we recommend 3-8 lbs). You may also want to bring a sweat towel.

All other props will be provided by barre3.

Clients under the age of 18 years old must have their parent/guardian complete this waiver prior to their first class. Clients between the ages of 14 and15 years of age may only attend class with a parent/guardian.

PARKING AND ARRIVALS

Free parking is available in the lot in front of the studio, around the side of the building, and behind the building. Enter through the studio's main entrance. Please plan to arrive a few minutes early to set up your mat. We'll be there to greet you!
