For curious beginners- we are offering some 101 Classes in March!Each 60-minute session will give an overview of the featured class. We'll breakdown some of the basic moves to allow you to go slow, ask questions, and be able to experience the class and what it's like.
This can be a really nice way to lessen any fears or intimidation of walking into a studio to take a class that you have never tried before. Let us walk you through it! :)

March 4th is Barre Sculpt:
Inspired by ballet and fused with fitness, Jenstar Barre Sculpt is a class designed to help you strengthen, lengthen, and tone your muscles. Barre starts with a dynamic warm-up and then incorporates planks, core work, arms, legs, and sometimes even cardio to the mix. The movements (done at a ballet barre) range from multi-joint to isometric (targeting a specific set of muscles) with a small range of motion and high repetition format. This 101 class will go at slower pace with less reps to breakdown the barre moves!
Please dress in comfortable clothes you can move freely in.
**For Barre Sculpt, please bring a yoga mat and water bottle.
