Instructors in training will be guided through the framework of a standard barre class. Our main goal is to help participants understand mindful movement and help with strength, flexibility, stamina, and dynamic stability.Not only will this certification take you deeper into the foundations of a barre class, it will also give you the opportunity to apply for a teaching position as a "Certified Barre Instructor."
