On Pointe Barre & Hot Plate Brewing Co. are excited to be teaming up again to bring you Barre & Brews!Join us on Sunday, November 9th from 12:30pm - 1:30pm for Barre & Brews. Jillian from On Pointe Barre will lead you through a 1-hour barre class and then enjoy a delicious pint of beer.
What is a barre workout exactly? Barre is a low-impact, ballet-inspired workout that uses small, controlled movements, isometric holds, and high repetitions. This helps you sculpt lean muscles while improving your balance, posture, and flexibility. No experience necessary, all levels welcome!
All you need to bring is a mat and must be 21+
