Join Paradise North Distillery X Jenstar this Summer for Monthly Pop-Up "Sunday Funday" Classes at PND: June 23rd, July 14th, and August 4th at 11am!
Kick of the day with a 45 minute Barre Fusion Class outside facing the gorgeous view of the bay! This is a music based class that is an energizing and fun challenge incorporating squats, push-ups, planks and ab work into the mix. Beginners welcome! Bring a yoga mat + towel to pad your knees. Dress in layers for the weather.
After class, enjoy a Bloody Mary (or drink of your choice) and some social time with friends! Wisconsin Summers come in short supply. This is a great way to get outside, be active, and enjoy life in good company.
This event will happen rain or shine. We do have indoor practice space in case the weather isn't great.
$15 (plus tax) includes class + one PN drink chip. Advance sign-up is encouraged!
**Walk-ins welcome to pay at the bar. Please arrive 10 minutes early to get settled and ready for class. If you do not want to stay afterwards, you can keep your drink chip to redeem at a later date.
