A low impact high intensity class where we work through a series of ballet inspired moves at the Barre to help tone and sculpt the whole body, we also use small hand weights to target the arms. We then move onto the mats to work through a series of core toning & strengthening exercises.This class will help tone and sculpt the body without adding any bulk, suitable for all levels
