This special December dinner will feature dishes inspired by the authentic flavors and ingredients of Piedmont thoughtfully paired with celebrated wines from the area.
James Bishop of Heritage Collection – Trinchero Family Estates will be on hand to guide guests through the wines at each course. Our menu offers a hybrid experience of plated courses and a convivial family-style feast—just as we imagine it might be enjoyed in Piedmont itself.
