LV/ENGSenās mūzikas ansambļa ÆLDMUSIC koncerts BAROKS IV Mazajā Ģildē
13. oktobra vakarā Vecrīgas sirdī - Mazajā Ģildē - senās mūzikas ansamblis ÆLDMUSIC vedīs klausītājus muzikālā ceļojumā pa 17. gadsimta Eiropas garīgo ainavu.
Koncerta programmā iekļauti četru kristīgo konfesiju - protestantu, katoļu, pareizticīgo un anglikāņu - komponistu Heinriha Šica, Mikaēla Pretorija, Džovanni Rovetas, Gžegoža Gervazija Gorčicka, Mikola Dilecka, Henrija Pērsela un Orlando Gibonsa darbi, kas iezīmē garīgo un kultūras kontekstu baroka stila, tematikas un skanējuma veidošanā.
Senās mūzikas ansamblis ÆLDMUSIC dibināts 2023. gada vasarā un tā sastāvā ir mūziķi Serhijs Zadorožnijs (mākslinieciskais vadītājs, diriģents, tenors), Natālija Behma (soprāns), Oksana Ņikitjuka (mecosoprāns), Ansis Bētiņš (baritons) un Gertruda Jerjomenko (klavesīns/ērģeļpozitīvs). Pirmais koncerts norisinājās Rīgas Sv. Marijas Magdalēnas baznīcā ar labdarības mērķi, lai savāktu līdzekļus slimnīcas atbalstam Hersonā, Ukrainā. Vēlāk koncertēts Hījumā un Rīgā, kā vienu no nozīmīgākajiem notikumiem minot koncertu Latvijas Radio 1. studijā 2024. gada februārī, kas tika pārraidīts arī Lietuvā, Čehijā, Horvātijā un ASV.
Koncerts BAROKS IV notiks 13. Oktobrī plkst. 19.00 RKTMC “Mazā Ģilde” Lielajā zālē.

Early Music Ensemble ÆLDMUSIC Concert — BAROQUE IV at Mazā Ģilde
On the evening of October 13, in the heart of Old Riga — at Mazā Ģilde — the early music ensemble ÆLDMUSIC will take listeners on a musical journey through the spiritual landscape of 17th century Europe.
The concert program includes works by composers from four Christian denominations — Protestant, Catholic, Orthodox, and Anglican — featuring Heinrich Schütz, Michael Praetorius, Giovanni Rovetta, Grzegorz Gerwazy Gorczycki, Mykola Diletsky, Henry Purcell, and Orlando Gibbons. These works reflect the spiritual and cultural context that shaped the style, themes, and sound of the Baroque period.
The early music ensemble ÆLDMUSIC was founded in the summer of 2023 and includes musicians Serhii Zadorozhnyi (artistic director, conductor, tenor), Natalia Behma (soprano), Oksana Nikitiuk (mezzo-soprano), Ansis Bētiņš (baritone), and Gertruda Jerjomenko (harpsichord).
Their debut concert took place at St. Mary Magdalene Church in Riga as a charity event to raise funds in support of a hospital in Kherson, Ukraine. Since then, the ensemble has performed in Hiiumaa and Riga, with one of the most notable events being a concert at the Latvian Radio Studio 1 in February 2024, which was also broadcast in Lithuania, the Czech Republic, Croatia, and the USA.
The concert BAROQUE IV will take place on October 13 at 19:00 in the Great Hall of RKTMC “Mazā Ģilde.”
