Barnstaple Blue – Be Part of the Art! 💙This autumn, artists Penny Rowland Hill & Howard Porter will work with the community to create four painted panels inspired by the town’s historic colour.

The project celebrates Barnstaple Blue – a colour woven into our heritage, from Brannam’s pottery to street signs and the newly restored market.
The finished artwork will be unveiled in the Pannier Market in early 2026.
