During the weeks we learn-
- The biomechanics of birth
- Labour Breathing
- Your birth options
- We confront our fears and stories we have heard
- We speak about Hormones and their vial role
- How to manage your anxiety
- How to create the best birthing environment
- How to care for a baby
- Breastfeeding / Bottle feeding / Combifeeding
- Birth Plan Design
- And so much more!!
There is a break for drink top-ups, chats, and refreshments in each session!
This course is suitable for first and second-time parents!

Length of program: 4 weeks (2.5 hours per week)
Booking this ticket automatically books you onto the whole course (4 sessions, 1 each week on the same day and same time)
