On Tuesday June 29th barleymash's limited release beer brewed in collaboration with Electric Brewing will be available to try!
The special brew named Intermingled Dreams is a one-of-a-kind sour that was aged in a barrel of Special Reserve Kentucky Bourbon for several months before creation. The beer and bourbon combination resulted in a Fruited Plum Sour with 9.5% ABV that includes notes of vanilla and white chocolates from the bourbon barrel.
The beer was created by Justen Foust Owner and Head Brewer at Electric Brewing located in Murrieta California. Electric Brewing Company is a small-batch electric-fired craft brewery dedicated to the production of fine hand-crafted ales and lagers. Justen began brewing in his garage in 2010 and officially opened the doors of Electric Brewing in 2014.
Intermingled Dreams is available exclusively at barleymash and will be paired with the Special Reserve Kentucky Bourbon so that both can be tasted side-by-side. The tasting officially kicks off at 2:00 pm on June 29th and the beer will only be available for a day or two.
