This weeks trail run is a rerun of our original run on the 7th September from the newly reopened Barking Fox. That clashed with other events on the day. This one hopefully doesn’t.Many of you will know this run that takes you through 4 of the major ancient woodlands of Suffolk.
These areas are protected by all the SSSI's being, as they are, pretty much untouched since the last Ice Age.
Some of you will know that the pub has reopened and the new hosts are happy to see us back.
11:00 am start in order to enjoy a Sunday roast or other food and drink after the run, (menu in discussion)
Huge carpark and outside dining area this is one not to miss.
As with everything we do the event is totally free and we look forward to seeing you there.
