A graduate of The Institute of Hotel Management in Mumbai, organizer of culinary events, restaurant manager, and the one responsible for the majority of the family cooking despite being married to the late great chef Floyd Cardoz, Barkha brings a joyful, loving, and pedigreed culinary expertise to at-home Indian cuisine through her restaurant-quality masalas and accessible, friendly recipes. At this dinner, she'll showcase some of her most versatile dishes, demystify everyday Indian recipes, and give diners a taste of what they can create at home through the mix-and-match format of her book, With Love & Masalas.
