BARC Animal Shelter, Houston’s city shelter, invites you to celebrate Halloween with a day full of fun, community, and adoptable pets! Presented by BARC Animal Shelter and proudly sponsored by Petco Love, BARC-O-WEEN is more than just a fall festival—it’s where local families, businesses, and pet lovers unite to help animals find homes.
