🍂 Youth Fall Yoga (Grades K–4)Stretch, breathe, and have fun this fall! In this playful yoga class designed just for kids in grades K–4, young yogis will explore movement, balance, and mindfulness through imaginative themes inspired by the autumn season—think falling leaves, animals preparing for winter, and cozy campfire poses! Each class will include simple yoga poses, breathing exercises, games, and relaxation techniques that help build strength, focus, and confidence. No experience needed—just bring your energy, curiosity, and a yoga mat or towel!
For Clarification: This fall session the instructor WILL be at the school as it lets out at 4:00pm- the meeting spot will be right outside of the gym, in the hallway against the wall near the colorful bench/friendship center room. 4:00pm-4:30pm will be snack time/stretching (this also gives kids from another school enough time to come over to join class) 4:30pm-5:30pm is class 5:30pm sharp is pick up
