Barbell Brawl 2025 – The Ultimate Team Powerlifting Showdown 💀🔥
Barbell Brawl 2025 is a high-energy, team-based powerlifting competition where strategy, strength, and teamwork collide. This isn’t just about brute force—it’s about building the strongest squad and leaving it all on the platform.
Hosted by Nightmare Muscle Sacramento, this event brings 15 teams of 3 lifters together for a battle of the big three: squat, bench, and deadlift. Each team must have one female lifter, and scores are ranked using combined DOTS to determine the champions. Crowd favorite voting means YOU help decide who brings the energy!
What to Expect:
