💪 Barbell Basics: A Women's Strength Series
Wednesdays | Sept 3–Oct 29th 2025-9 | 1x per week
This once-a-week, 9-week series is designed to take the intimidation out of strength training and help women build confidence, skill, and strength in a supportive, empowering environment.
Whether you're brand new to lifting or just want to improve your form and technique, Barbell Basics will give you the tools, knowledge, and encouragement to thrive in any gym setting.
Each week, we’ll focus on one of the foundational barbell lifts (squat, deadlift, press, bench) and key accessory movements to help you build skeletal muscle mass, improve posture, support bone density, and boost your metabolism — all while feeling strong and empowered in your body.
You’ll also learn:
- Proper warm-up & mobility strategies
- Core engagement & bracing techniques
- How to progress safely & effectively
- Gym etiquette & equipment use
- How to make strength training a lifelong tool
This is a women-only course led by experienced coaches who are passionate about helping you feel comfortable, capable, and confident — whether you're lifting in a class, on your own, or walking into a weight room for the first time.
