This meet is unsanctioned with Squat, Bench, and Deadlift contested. Lifting starts at 9am.
Awards for top male and female lifters as well as additional awards for youth and masters lifters will be given.
This meet is a relaxed and positive environment, singlets are not required. Come out and have some fun!
