The event is taking place rain or shine, in an indoor, climate-controlled environment.
What to bring:
Bring:
- Yoga mat and/or towel for the yoga & workout activities
- Athletic wear (shirt, shorts, sneakers, etc)
- Good vibes and your best energy!
Don't bring:
- Alcohol or alcoholic beverages
- Food and/or drink of any kind (there will be food area outdoors)
- Noise makers, laser pointers, and any other item deemed dangerous or inappropriate
- Bags not compliant with the NFL Bag Policy: https://www.hardrockstadium.com/stadium-policy/
- Umbrellas, poles or brooms
- Pets (only service animals are allowed)
- Any electronic device that isn't a camera, cell phone or iPod/MP3
- Drones
- Weapons (firearms, knives, pocket knives, etc.)
- Any other item deemed unsafe or unnecessary by a Dolphins Training Camp staff member
- Strollers
- Cameras with lenses exceeding 8"
To enter the venue and participate in activities, attendees will be required to sign a waiver in advance. Waivers will be sent prior to the event via email.
