Baptist Health is honored to partner with more than 50 congregations of faith to improve the health of the membership and strengthen our community. As health ministry leaders and committee members within your congregation, we would like to invite YOU and all members of your health ministry team to attend a special in-person meeting for an update on our faith-based programs and opportunities to collaborate with your congregation in 2022-2023. We have some new initiatives to share and we look forward to receiving your feedback and input. Refreshments will be served.
