8:00 - Special guest speaker, Dr. Dan Mennill will give an interesting talk - How wild birds learn to sing: the dynamics of vocal learning in nature.
Dr. Mennill a professor at the University of Windsor studies bioacoustics, behaviour, and migration, with a special focus on field studies of birds, whales and frogs. This is Dr. Mennill's second talk for BPBO and some may remember his interesting talk about the chickadee.
