About this Event
The class will teach you the realities and myths of bankruptcy, the differences between Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcies, how to represent yourself in court, and alternatives to bankruptcy. You will also learn how to apply for a pro bono (free) attorney to file your Chapter 7 case.
This class is offered both in-person at Legal Aid Center and online through Zoom. Capacity is limited for the in-person class and masks are recommended.
