Coach Dennis has planned one of his always amazing Bank Holiday MileShy MashUp runs for August Bank Holiday. Our "Chasing Cheadle " run will be meeting at our MileShyClub Cheadle location - outside Life Leisure Cheadle, Shiers Drive, Sk8 1JR.The route will be just over 5K. We will be running a local loop toward Cheadle Hulme and back, taking in green spaces as we go. Road shoes will be perfect for this run.
This is a FREE social run. All runners from all clubs are welcome, whatever your pace - no one gets left behind still applies. Come and try running in a different environment and meet some other MileShyers!
