๐ฃ Banish the Blues with The Sunnywood Project! ๐ช Starting January 2025: trade the winter blues for some absolutely awesome views! ๐
โช๏ธThis 6-week Hike or Trail Ru series of adventures is designed to spark adventure, lift spirits, and boost mental well-being - and a way to start the new year by benefiting positively from embracing the outdoors with others!
โช๏ธOver a six week period, our 'Banish the Blues' events are designed to explore the local area and green spaces from Burrs Country Park, Bury whilst facilitating a positive shared experience.

For six week, each of these adventures will start from the Burrs Country Park:
๐นWeek One: 5th / 9th January - โThe One That Crosses the Railway Lineโ
๐น Week Two: 12th / 16th January - โThe One That Follows the Riverโ
๐น Week Three: 19th / 23rd January - โThe One Around the Lodgesโ
๐น Week Four: 26th / 30th January - โThe One with the Canalโ
๐น Week Five: 2nd / 6th February - โThe One with Plenty of Mudโ
๐น Week Six: 9th / 13th February - โThe One with Sculpturesโ
โช๏ธ Each route will cover a distance of approximately 4-6 miles - however, the emphasis is less on the distance and more on the laughs, the social experience, and opportunity to capture some awesome photographs along the way!
โช๏ธ As always, Hikers are Runners start at the same locations, but head out on the routes in opposite directions, passing each other along the route for a group photo opportunity.
