As we kick off our event, we extend a warm invitation to the talented photographers to share their stunning creations for our Photo Exhibition, which will be chosen by our expert panel of judges, and will be framed elegantly to be showcased in our gallery. What’s more, there’s an enticing prize pool waiting to be rewarded to the distinguished winners of this segment.

★ Any Participant can submit up to a maximum of 5 Photos in Mobile Photography.
★ The exhibition team holds the right to ask for proof if required.
★ The Submissions in question must not contain any explicit theme, borders, watermark, or timestamps; they must not exceed over 25 MB per submission.
★ Only minimal modifications (cropping, dodging, burning, brightness, contrast) are allowed. It is totally forbidden to manipulate.
★ Watermarks & borders are not acceptable.
★ Commercial / Nudity / Wedding photography and other inappropriate content are not allowed.
★ Photographs that do not comply with the event's requirements, violate copyright, or contain explicit or offensive content risk being disqualified.
★ After submission via Google Forms, the chosen Participants will be mailed and contacted for further confirmation with the payment procedure. If unresponsive, they will be omitted
entirely.

"DSLR Photography" showcases the artistry and technical prowess of photographers who use Digital Single-Lens Reflex cameras. This exhibition offers a glimpse into the world of high-quality, versatile imagery, highlighting the creativity and precision that these photographers bring to their craft.

★ The exhibition team holds the right to ask for proof if required.
★ Only minimal modifications (cropping, dodging, burning, brightness, and contrast) are
permitted. It is totally forbidden to manipulate.
★ Watermarks and borders are not acceptable.
★ Commercial / Nudity / Wedding photography and other inappropriate content are not allowed.
★ The Submissions in question must not contain any explicit theme, borders, watermark, or

"Cinematography" explores the art of capturing motion and emotion through the lens. This segment showcases the marriage of photography and film, highlighting how cinematographers create stunning visual narratives, blending light, composition, and movement to tell compelling stories on the silver screen.

★ Participants in Cinematography will receive a participation crest & a certificate with their
team name, while winners will be awarded winners' crests & certificates, individually
personalised with their names, but they won't receive participation crests or certificates, as
victory speaks for itself.
★ A team can contain a minimum of 1 and a maximum of 3 Participants.
★ A team can submit up to a maximum of 2 videos in Cinematography.
★ The exhibition team holds the right to ask for proof if required.
★ The Submissions in question must not contain any explicit theme, borders, watermark, or
timestamps; they must not exceed a duration of 20 minutes.
★ The participant(s)' original work must be submitted, and it cannot violate any trademark or copyright laws.
★ The event organisers will not claim ownership of any submitted works.
★ Submissions must be made in a format with a high resolution (1080p or higher), 720p

★ The Submissions must be renamed as “[Team Name]” before submission.
★ By entering the competition, participants grant the event organisers the right to screen
and promote their films during the event and for promotional purposes
