เทศกาลหนังสือศิลปะกรุงเทพฯ 202225–27 November 2022

Initiated by Studio 150 in partnership with BANGKOK CITYCITY GALLERY since 2017, BANGKOK ART BOOK FAIR (BKKABF) is an annual event aimed to bring together self-publishing and co-creating community to contribute in discovering and exchanging ideas, cultural ideals, and artistic aspirations.
BANGKOK ART BOOK FAIR 2022 showcases novel possibilities of storytelling through visual imagery by opening up space for various designers, print media publishers, collectives from around the world to come together and present their diverse works and perspectives within the fair under the concept of "VISUAL NARRATIVE." The "narrative" of content is not confined to text; Narratives can be represented through a variety of visual media, be it illustration, collage, drawing, or stop-motion work, that can convey a wide range of meanings, ranging from trivialities of daily life, to dreams, and to politics.
BANGKOK ART BOOK FAIR (BKKABF) ริเริ่มโดยสตูดิโอ 150 ร่วมกับบางกอก ซิตี้ซิตี้ แกลเลอรี่ ในปี 2560 เป็นเทศกาลหนังสือศิลปะประจำปีที่จัดขึ้นโดยมีจุดประสงค์ให้เป็นพื้นที่ร่วมกันในการพบปะพูดคุยผ่านการตีพิมพ์และเผยแพร่ผลงานของตนเอง และร่วมกันสร้างสรรค์ชุมชนที่สนับสนุนการแลกเปลี่ยนทางความคิด อุดมคติเชิงวัฒนธรรม และแรงบันดาลใจทางศิลปะ
ในปี 2565 นี้ BANGKOK ART BOOK FAIR เปิดพื้นที่ให้กับการแสดงความเป็นไปได้ใหม่ๆ ของการเล่าเรื่องผ่านภาพ ด้วยการเปิดพื้นที่ให้กับนักออกแบบ ผู้ผลิตสื่อสิ่งพิมพ์ คอลเล็คทีฟต่างๆ จากทั่วโลก ที่มาร่วมกันนำเสนอผลงานและมุมมองที่หลากหลายภายในเทศกาลฯ ภายใต้แนวคิด “VISUAL NARRATIVE” เมื่อ “การเล่าเรื่อง” ของเนื้อหาที่ไม่ได้จำกัดอยู่ในรูปแบบของตัวหนังสือเท่านั้น การสื่อสารผ่านภาพสามารถตัวแทนการเล่าเรื่องที่ปรากฏได้หลากหลายรูปแบบ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นภาพประกอบ คอลลาจ ภาพวาด จนถึงงานสต็อปโมชั่น สื่อสารความหมายได้ตั้งแต่เรื่องเล็กน้อยในชีวิตประจำวัน ความฝัน ไปจนถึงการเมือง
