This class will be focused on building muscular strength & muscular endurance through the concepts of resistance band training and calisthenics (or Bodyweight exercises).
The class will teach people how to get a great workout out in with minimal equipment so that you can learn how to be both accountable and adaptable with your strength training... even when life gets in the way or you are on vacation or you are a person who travels often for work.
