Info: A circuit workout is a series of consecutive exercises performed with minimal rest between them. Typically, a circuit includes 5-10 exercises that alternate muscle groups. These exercises can be completed for a set number of repetitions or for a prescribed amount of time! The circuit for the evening is approximately 1hr 30mins. PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU ARE HYDRATED!
