BANDAPALOOZA IS A 2-NIGHT EVENT: BANDAPALOOZA begins with the combined 5th - 8th grade band concert on Thursday, March 20th, in the MCHS gymnasium at 6:30 pm. Doors open and students should be there at 6:00 pm. Donations made at the door will directly benefit Massac County Band programs!
BANDAPALOOZA continues with a rock and roll show on Friday, March 21st, at the Elks Lodge in Metropolis----doors for the rock and roll show open at 6 pm with the show starting at 6:30 pm. The best of southern Illinois' musicians, including student and faculty bands, and special performances by Dusty Davis, Blake Brown, Rooted in So.IL, and The Melungeons, will be part of the show! Entry fee at the door is by donation. All proceeds benefit the Massac County Band Programs!
$10 raffle tickets for an Ibanez SDGR 400 Frozen Blue finish bass guitar will also be for sale at BOTH events. However, the drawing will be held at the rock show on the 21st.
