If a player does not have the minimum requirement of 200 racks of Robustness we were use the APA conversion, however if the player has a starter rating in the Fargo system that is higher than their APA conversion we will use the higher of the two.
If a player has only an eight ball rating and they are a seven and they have no nine ball data they will have to be considered a nine which is the maximum skill level in nine ball
Remember all of these things are put into place to protect the integrity of the tournament but also gives players incentive to get out there and get the Robustness levels up so they can qualify for these tournaments without conversions!
