Info:
-Your deck must consist of all cards from a specific set/block. For example, if you choose to play the Avatar: TLA theme, all cards (except basic lands) in your deck must be either from Avatar: TLA main set, corresponding Secret Lair, Jumpstart sets or any other sets that feature the Avatar theme.
-You may also select block sets to create your deck from, for example you can pick INNISTRAD block (2011) which features Innistrad, Dark Ascension and Avacyn Restored (so you can use cards from all three sets in that block). - NEW UPDATED RULES : Only nonlands have to be within the set requirements, ANY non-basic lands from any sets are now allowed to be played in the deck.
-Each deck is limited to 2 pieces of Game Changer cards (https://scryfall.com/search?as=grid&order=color&q=is:gamechanger).
Special exceptions are made for the following 6 cards, whereby you can use copies of them without set restriction:

-Decklist submission is *MANDATORY* via the following websites. Please indicate the exact versions used in order to make sure the theme/block sets rules are met.

-2 rounds are played, up to a maximum of 3 rounds will be played to determine the winner. Winners of each round/pod are selected based on last man standing or cards win conditions. Tiebreakers are determined via 'Number of players eliminated by a specific player' followed by 'Highest Remaining Life total (minus Commander Damage)'.
