Join the Hodgepodgers as we play a very special gig in a courtyard in a private apartment complex. Thanks to connections and one of our bandmates living in this building, we are playing an outside early evening Friday gig at this complex for the residents that live in Takoma Central. Meanwhile, despite being in the Takoma Park area which is mostly in Maryland, there's actually a tiny sliver of Takoma Park that is part of the District, including the building we are gonna be playing in. Which means, by the slimmest of margins, this is our FIRST EVER gig in D.C.!
We also will be bringing a special guest with us, RJ Gutierrez, better known by his stage name, "Guitarj", will be the opener for this three hour gig. He, along with a few other musicians in his group, will be performing to start the show. Come to Takoma Central on May 24 and support both music acts. 🎸🥁🤘👍

IMPORTANT: Anyone is allowed to attend this. But this event is also at a private apartment complex that is supposed to be the residents that live in the building. If you plan on attending this event but don't live in Takoma Central, please let us know in advance so we can buzz you in for the show. You can let us know your coming by saying your "Going" on the event page or messaging Hodgepodgers or Guirarj individually saying you're gonna be there.
NOTE: Band member Cynthia Vierria will not be present at this gig.
