Paddle this beautiful lagoon on Florida's Space Coast in search of dolphins & manatees, then up to a riverfront bar for lunch and drinks.Come to the Space Coast and paddle the beautiful Banana River! We'll launch from our riverside oasis and paddle the shoreline, soaking up salt air and sun, and seeking wildlife! The river is home to playful dolphins, friendly manatees, fast sting rays, sea turtles, and many gorgeous species of birds and fish. We'll paddle to the spots they love to hang out and hope for a special encounter.
Once we work up a thirst, we'll dock up to Squid Lips riverside restaurant, and refresh with adult bevis and food! Cheers!
Then we'll paddle back to our launch site and take a dip in the pool to cool off. Our location is just across the street from the beach, and minutes from downtown Cocoa Beach, should you want to make it a full beach day after the tour.

SUP Skill Level: Beginner to Advanced. Instruction provided. Participants must know how to swim and be confident on the water.
Kids 12 years old and younger are recommended to ride along with an experienced adult at no cost. If your child is younger and an experienced paddler, please contact Jessica to discuss as decisions will be made on a person by person basis.
Tour Duration: about 90 minutes paddling plus 90 minutes relaxing at Squid Lips. We do our best to stick to schedule, but tour times may vary according to weather conditions and the pace of the group. After the tour, enjoy the beach as long as you want, but our location will close.
Guide: Jessica Cichra is a SUP enthusiast that has been actively paddle touring, racing, surfing, and instructing since 2009. She is the founder of Wave of Wellness, a company with a mission to empower clients through adventurous activities that enhance all areas of well-being with a focus on travel, SUP, yoga, and community. Jessica guides paddle tours in Central Florida and internationally on adventure travel retreats. She is also an industry representative as a sponsored ambassador/athlete for Werner Paddles, prAna, and Local Honey Designs.
