We are excited to have Dorothy Yeager, Principal, Purple Dot PR, speak about SAIL250® Maryland & Airshow Baltimore, scheduuled for June 24-July 1, 2026
SAIL250® Maryland & Airshow Baltimore is a free family-friendly weeklong event that welcomes international tall ships, U.S. Navy and U.S. Coast Guard vessels, the U.S. Navy Blue Angels Flight Demonstration Squadron, flyovers by military and historic aircraft, festivals in and around the city, live entertainment, STEM and Living History education programming, family activities and more. It will take place at Baltimore’s Inner Harbor, North Locust Point, Fells Point, Baltimore Peninsula and Baltimore County’s Martin State Airport. This event honors the dedication of the service members who have defended our freedoms at sea and in the air, both past and present for the past 250 years. It is part of Sail250®, a five-city, global gathering of tall ships, military vessels, and aviation assets coming together to commemorate the 250th Anniversary of the founding of the United States featuring a traveling flotilla going from New Orleans to Norfolk, to Baltimore, to New York and finishing up in Boston. SAIL250® Maryland & Air Show Baltimore is produced by Living Classrooms’ Historic Ships in Baltimore in partnership with the United States Navy, Maryland Department of Commerce Office of Tourism, City of Baltimore and Baltimore County as well as Sail Baltimore, Air Support, Martin State Airport, United States Coast Guard, and other state agencies, along with participating organizations Visit Baltimore, Waterfront Partnership, and Downtown Partnership.

Maritime Conference Center - Described as the jewel of the Merchant Marine’s Masters, Mates & Pilots union, for almost 30 years, The Maritime Conference Center has proudly supported the Maritime Institute of Technology and Graduate Studies (MITAGS) in its nonprofit mission to train leaders in the maritime industry. MITAGS is also known for its world class ship simulators. A beacon of advanced training and accommodations for mariners, the hotel and conference center welcome, in addition, thousands of guests from all sectors, from around the world.
